He is the backbone behind smooth functioning of our clinic.

From to 1995 to 1999 he studied at the Faculty of Law of the TURAN UNIVERSITY.

After completing his studies from prestigious university and passing out as a successful law maker, he worked at the Agency for Foreign Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the Ministry of Energy of the RK
At the Eurasian Energy Corporation

Also, he worked as a Managing Director of different commercial organizations.
